About The Company
The Atria Health and Research Institute is pioneering a precision-based approach to preventive medicine and longevity. We work at the forefront of leading-edge science and technology, and we believe a collaborative approach to modern preventive medicine can extend healthy life for all. Our Atria Health Institute is a membership-based health care practice delivering personalized, preventive medicine grounded in up-to-the-minute science. The Atria Research and Global Health Institute is our nonprofit think tank and research center to advance the cause of preventive medicine for all. Medical breakthroughs have the power to transform lives—but they rarely reach everyone equally. Through original research, strategic partnerships, and evidence-based programs, we work to close these critical gaps in medical care. We are on a mission to accelerate a global shift from reactive sick care to proactive, preventive health care. Our goal is to prevent disease and extend healthy life for all by turning leading-edge science into medicine. With our longitudinal research, we aim to prove that personalized prevention reduces chronic disease and extends healthy life, and with our clinical practice, we constantly ask one question: What is biologically possible?
About the Role

About Atria:

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.

Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.

After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.

About this role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our legal team for the Summer 2026 term. This internship offers hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and the day-to-day of a busy legal department. • Work cross-functionally with business units to advance company goals, such as translating legal risk into business impact, conducting internal outreach in advance of contract renewals and expirations, and supporting the procurement process lifecycle.
  • Track and manage the status of ongoing legal and cross-functional projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
  • Conduct legal research on a variety of topics and summarize findings, including telehealth, medical licensing, medical research, employment, data privacy, and more.
  • Support compliance and regulatory review efforts, including policy updates, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
  • Interest in both legal work and broader business or operational projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in tracking project status, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, take initiative, and drive tasks forward independently.
