SUMMARY
Apply concrete experiences and abstract principals to chemical manufacturing and/or development activities. Perform simulations, scale-up calculations, investigations, and laboratory work, and/or evaluate manufacturing data, perform statistical analysis, and write technical reports of manufacturing campaigns. Potential to propose and implement process improvements. Become familiar with cGMP operations and documentation. Demonstrate problem solving skills within interdisciplinary team environments. Acquire new skills and expand competency in support of project goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Attainment of Sophomore (Junior preferred) standing at an accredited postsecondary institution.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and understand common technical literature. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with peers and management.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply problem solving to assigned tasks.

- Fundamental knowledge of statistical analysis and troubleshooting problems
- Ability to write technical reports
