JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our HR team. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly, and is interested in gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations. 

The internship will be on-site for a duration of 4–8 months, starting in April or May 2026.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system and internal databases
  • Create, track, and update HR spreadsheets, reports, and metrics
  • Organize and maintain HR files, documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc projects

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication (French and English)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite, Excel and Word

Language Requirements in Quebec:

Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec.
