In this internship, you will take on a meaningful role supporting inventory coordination and operational efficiency across a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will help improve how materials are tracked, organized, and aligned with production needs, contributing to decision-making and overall performance.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real systems, processes, and cross-functional teams, giving you practical experience in inventory management and operations, not just spreadsheets.

What You Will Do
- Update and sync raw material data (costs and descriptions) across our new systems
- Conduct pre-production inventory checks to confirm all necessary materials are on hand before jobs reach the floor
- Support inventory management across multiple facilities, including outside warehouses and a Hi-Bay storage system
- Help develop new processes to improve raw material storage and streamline our production workflow
What Success Looks Like
By the end of your internship, we hope to have:
- All raw materials fully synced in our new systems, enabling accurate margin tracking across our customer base
- Stronger inventory processes across all buildings and storage locations
- A more organized, production-ready storage setup that reduces delays and improves efficiency
Requirements
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Excel - data entry, formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
- Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and TEAMS
- Comfort working in a warehouse or production floor environment
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to organizing and verifying information
- A self-starter attitude - there's real work to be done and real impact to be made
Education
- Current college student - rising 3rd year preferred
- Majoring in Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
