Job Description Summary

Reporting to Project Manager, this position is responsible for assisting in the execution of key projects including data analysis, process/system documentation.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in the analysis of business needs, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions, both to improve business processes and the design and use of information systems.

  • Assist in the documentation of as-is and to-be business processes following consultation with SME’s, highlighting performance opportunities which align with business strategy.

  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and monitor the effectiveness of processes to identify areas for further optimization and enhancement.

  • Assist in the definition of future project scope, critical success factors, and deliverables by engaging key stakeholders.

  • Analyze data relevant to in-flight projects. Establish conclusions and recommendations to achieve project aims.

  • Support project stakeholders through proposed changes

  • Support project management in the scheduling of future project phases and identification of risks.

  • Contribute to the shared knowledge base of the organization by document successful approaches and tools to increase the maturity of our business analysis process

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Accounting or Business or equivalent experience

  • Relevant experience an asset

  • Medical / warehouse background is a strong asset

  • Project Management Methodologies Training or Certification is an asset

  • Familiarity with a change management methodology, such as ProSci, is an asset

  • Experience in documenting business processes

  • SAP, or other applicable ERP, experience considered an asset 

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$22.73 - $34.10 Hourly
