The Role
Join the LATAM Customer Supply Chain team to support initiatives focused on process automation, AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and development of high-quality dashboards.
You will play a key role in reducing manual work, improving data flows, and building scalable and reliable solutions across S&OE, Order Management, and Customer Collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
Support the analysis of supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and manual activities
Help develop automation solutions using Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), or basic scripting
Design and build high-quality dashboards to improve visibility and control across operations
Support data analysis to enable automation opportunities and improve dashboard insights
Help transform manual reports into automated and scalable solutions
Work with different teams to understand needs and support process improvements
Challenge existing processes and propose data-driven improvements and new ways of working
Your Profile
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data, Information Systems, Business, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Strong interest in automation, AI, data analytics, and building structured, high-quality dashboards
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience or strong interest in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable
Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn

Reduction of manual and repetitive activities
Development of high-quality dashboards used for decision-making
Increased automation of reports and workflows
Improved visibility, reliability, and efficiency across processes
Contribution to process improvements and new ideas beyond execution
