This position is an internship opportunity for an undergraduate or graduate student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. The Marketing Intern will support department‑specific marketing initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional environment. All duties will be performed under the supervision of a qualified departmental supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shadow and participate in appropriate marketing and cross‑functional meetings (e.g., campaign planning, content reviews, brand discussions).

  • Assist with marketing data entry, reporting, content organization, and maintenance of marketing trackers or calendars.

  • Support execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, email communications, social media, or internal communications as assigned.

  • Conduct basic market or audience research and compile findings to support marketing strategies.

  • Complete assigned marketing‑related projects, culminating in a final presentation or deliverable at the end of the internship period.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Practice and adhere to the organization’s Code of Conduct, Mission, and Values at all times.

  • Complete all required training assignments by designated due dates throughout the internship.

  • Fulfill any university‑required documentation, academic credit requirements, or project deliverables by their respective deadlines.

  • Complete an end‑of‑internship evaluation as required.
