About the Role

Position Objective.
• Support activities for BP Assembly Line.
• focus on the alignment and standardization of production equipment, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and cycle time requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the mechanical alignment and leveling of workstations and automated equipment to ensure precise assembly.
• Support the installation and validation of new fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Visual Aids for assembly operators.
• Maintain the Master Tooling List and ensure all equipment follows the standardized setup procedures.
• Participate in the implementation of 5S methodology to standardize the workspace layout and tool placement.
• Data collection and analysis for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) reporting.

Education:
Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Technical Skills: 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
• Lean Manufacturing tools.
• MS Office Package.
 

Soft Skills:
• Analytical thinking, hands-on approach (floor-oriented).
• Strong communication skills.

Language
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%)
French or german is an advantage
