About the Role

1.Support ORA Data Compilation & Reporting
Assist the SKA ORA team in compiling, validating, and updating HSE performance data, ORA activity trackers, and monthly / quarterly submissions (e.g. SKA ORA task lists, dashboards, and presentation materials) to support internal reporting and management updates.

2. Assist Coordination of ORA Programmes & Activities
Provide coordination support for ORA related programmes and engagements such as HSE campaigns, site visits, workshops, and leadership engagements by maintaining schedules, tracking action items, and preparing basic documentation (slides, trackers, minutes).

3. Support Digitalisation & Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Assist the team in basic data analysis, Power BI / Excel tracking, and digital housekeeping activities (e.g. updating trackers, assisting in dashboard inputs, organising ORA documentation) to support continuous improvement and digitalisation of HSE performance monitoring within SKA.
