Job Description:
Signify is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our Greater China Business team in Shanghai. This full-time internship opportunity is ideal for 1st or 2nd-year graduate students who are looking to gain valuable experience in procurement within a global company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities
- Support in managing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance
- Assist in creating purchase orders and processing invoices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Shanghai
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
