About the Role

To support the team in reviewing, updating, and enhancing existing process maps to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with current business workflows. The intern will assist in documenting end-to-end processes, identifying gaps or inconsistencies, and producing updated visual process flows that can be used for operational guidance, training, and continuous improvement.

The internship aims to produce standardized and accurate business process maps that clearly document current and future workflows, improve transparency, and highlight inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and duplicate steps while recommending potential improvements. Throughout the internship, the process map engineer collaborates closely with stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, IT, Medicard to validate that all documented processes reflect actual practices and are aligned across teams. By strengthening clarity around roles, responsibilities, control points, and approval flows, the intern also contributes to enhancing overall process governance and supporting more consistent, efficient, and well-controlled operations.
