Our team is performing impartial and co-operative license reviews within Progress' customer base, located across the USA/EMEA regions. As an intern, you will be supporting the team through the license review process and specific that are focused on helping our customers and partners manage their Progress Software environment on an on-going basis. Join us as a License & Compliance Intern and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.

Please note this 6-month intern position offers flexible work hours once the university year starts and a hybrid work model (onsite and work from home). The Internship program will start on July 1st.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing customer data.
  • Execute administration tasks related to the License Review process.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, ad-hoc reports, or summaries as required.
  • Prospecting customer contact details.
  • Support the SAM group through the license management process.
Your profile:
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior customer-facing experience is a significant advantage
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and/or handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent research skills and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
