Purpose of the Job

The intern will report to Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, Jebsen Group to assist with corporate communication initiatives. This intern will also support different projects as assigned, including working with other marketing departments and the Jebsen Group Charitable Foundation.

Responsibilities

- Provide layout and design support for internal and external communication materials, including presentations, posters, and digital assets.
- Assist in video editing and post-production for internal communication, events and social media content.
- Support preparation and coordination of social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, WeChat, and other relevant channels.
- Support office events and internal communications initiatives, including logistics, creative materials, and content drafting.
- Assist in AI-related communications projects, including research, creation of content examples, and preparation of internal sharing materials.
- Manage and organise marketing assets, ensuring a structured and updated shared drive with regular clean-ups.
- Provide ad hoc support to team members for cross-functional communication and promotional activities as needed

Requirements

- Use design softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro skillfully. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and be a quick learner of new digital and AI tools.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. 
- Enthusiasm, collaborative, resilience and a good team player.
