This is a structured commercial–technical internship designed to provide exposure to technical solution design, customer engagement, and real project execution.
Available to work part-time during semester and full-time during summer (2 months).

THE ROLE

You will support after-sales service and application activities, working closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues, understand product systems, and improve service quality. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on exposure to real technical operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support service operations & troubleshoot basic technical issues (under guidance)
  • Work with real products: understand components and system operation
  • Assist in identifying recurring technical/service issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer/service requests
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in after-sales processes.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3rd–4th year students in Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, Mechatronics or related
  • Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems
  • Hands-on mindset, eager to learn from real cases
  • Good problem-solving & communication skills
  • English intermediate and above level
  • Available part-time during semester and full-time during summer (2 months)
