Program Overview
Want an internship where you can learn fast, work on real projects, and see your ideas turn into action? Join us as a Business Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience solving business challenges, improving how teams work, and supporting initiatives that make a difference.
As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll partner with service delivery leaders and advisors to spot opportunities, dig into data, and help improve both employee and customer experience. You’ll contribute to projects across operations, training, quality, employee engagement, and process/knowledge management, giving you a well-rounded view of how a large organization runs while building practical, resume-ready skills.
You’ll be supported through onboarding, coaching, and regular check-ins, and you’ll leave with tangible outputs (dashboards, process maps, recommendations, and project deliverables) you can talk about in future interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights:
Support service delivery advisors and leaders with data analysis and reporting, spot trends, summarize insights, and suggest practical next steps to drive continuous improvement.
Review customer feedback, identify top pain points, and recommend improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction.
Innovation & Process Improvements:
Create simple process maps of current workflows and help identify where we can reduce handoffs, delays, and rework.
Explore automation or digital ideas (templates, dashboards, simple workflows) that can make day-to-day operations easier and more efficient.
Training & Knowledge Management:
Audit existing knowledge base and training materials, then suggest improvements to make content clearer, easier to find, and more accessible.
Quality Assurance Support:
Help track quality metrics and performance trends, and summarize what’s working well vs. where support is needed.
Support the team in building simple feedback loops and reporting templates to make insights easier to share and act on.
Project Support & Management:
Support ongoing GS Operations projects from planning through execution.
Track milestones, document decisions, and coordinate updates with key stakeholders.
Jump in on special projects that improve performance, strengthen team ways of working, and elevate employee experience.
Employee Engagement Activities:
Support engagement activities and events (logistics, set-up, run-of-show, program content) for town halls, workshops, recognition programs, and more.
