About the position

The FP&A Intern will support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning processes, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in forecasting and variance analysis for business units and cost centers.
  • Track and analyze project expenses, payouts and operational KPIs.
  • Build, maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Support the preparation of periodic reports and presentations.
  • Work on data extraction, cleaning, and analysis from ERP and internal systems.
  • Identify trends, risks, and support opportunity tracking using financial and operational data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and business teams to ensure data accuracy.

Required Qualifications and Skills/Abilities

  • Currently pursuing MBA (Finance / Analytics) or equivalent.
  • Strong foundation in corporate finance, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivots, formulas, dashboards).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL / Python for data analysis is an added advantage.
