Siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da inserire in stage come Showroom Service Support.

La risorsa inserita avrà l'opportunità di intraprendere un percorso formativo internazionale per sviluppare competenze operative e di coordinamento, lavorando a stretto contatto con team cross-funzionali dei paesi del cluster (Sales, Trade Mktg, Customer Service, After Sales).

Obiettivo dello stage:

diventare il punto di riferimento interno e per la forza vendita dei paesi cluster sul field per tutto ciò che riguarda il flow delle esposizioni, contribuendo a rendere più efficiente, chiaro e fluido il processo di gestione del materiale espositivo. La risorsa avrà l’occasione di lavorare in un contesto internazionale collaborando con team dei diversi paesi.

Attività principali:

  • Ottimizzazione degli ordini espositivi, operando su SAP e Salesforce.com per garantire correttezza, completezza e coerenza dei dati;
  • Efficientamento del flow dei materiali espositivi dal momento dell’inserimento dell’ordine fino al montaggio in punto vendita, contribuendo alla standardizzazione dei processi;
  • Coordinamento degli stakeholder interni ed esterni, con assegnazione di task e follow-up delle attività;
  • Reporting operativo monitorando avanzamento, criticità e priorità;
  • Supporto per la crescita degli spazi espositivi attraverso un flusso condiviso con la forza vendita
  • Adoperare Recovery Strategy in caso di interruzioni del flow per garantire un servizio al cliente sempre in linea con le aspettative

Competenze:

  • Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio
  • Attitudine analitica e interesse per i processi operativi
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Preferenziale: famigliarità con SAP e/o Salesforce.com
  • Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro e collaborare con team diversi
  • Proattività, curiosità e voglia di imparare.
