Unsere Mission ist gestartet. Wir beginnen im Battery Valley in Salzgitter mit unserer eigenen Batteriezellproduktion und dem Ramp-up unseres Headquarters für die weltweite Zellfertigung. Der Bereich Finanz übernimmt die unternehmerische Verantwortung über alle finanziellen Tätigkeiten der Gesellschaft. Die Zuständigkeiten reichen von Vorbereitung von Produkt- und Standortentscheidungen über Begleitung der Bereiche bei der Budgetierung bis hin zur Abwicklung sämtlicher Finanzgeschäftsvorfälle in SAP S4 Hana Cloud. 

  
 
Deine Rolle und Aufgaben
  • Theoretische Analyse moderner Datenplattformarchitekturen und BI-Konzepte für Finanzsteuerung (SAP Datasphere, Databricks, Power BI).
  • Identifikation einer Forschungslücke mit starker praktischer Relevanz für Investment Controlling.
  • Entwicklung eines konzeptionellen Rahmens für digitalisierte, datengetriebene Berichts-Workflows.
  • Herleitung von Anforderungen, Einschränkungen und Auswirkungen für die Implementierung der Berichterstattungsautomatisierung.
  • Erstellung von mindestens einem End-to-End-Prototyp (z. B. Power BI Dashboard, Datasphere/Databricks Pipeline)
  • Dokumentation der Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen zur organisatorischen Skalierung
  • Übernahme der operativen Aufgaben bei Bedarf
  
 
Dein Profil
  • Einschreibung in ein Masterprogramm in Finanzen, Business Informatics, Data Science oder verwandten Bereichen.
  • Starke analytische Denkweise mit Fokus auf datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis der finanziellen Kontrollstrukturen und Berichtsprozesse.
  • Grundkenntnisse über BI-Tools (Power BI), Datenplattformen (SAP Datasphere, Databricks) oder SAP-Systeme.
  • Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte in geschäftliche Einblicke zu übersetzen.
  • Unabhängiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil.
  • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch B1.
