About the Role

Job Description:

Fidelity Investments Human Resources (Learning and Development) Internship

Location: Dublin

Placement Dates: June 2nd – August 21st, 2026

The Intern Program with Fidelity Investments is a comprehensive programme designed to give students an introduction to a professional global environment. Students will get hands on experience and exposure to the Human Resources function.

Key Competencies:

The role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in learning, people development, and HR practices.

Initiative & Proactivity: Good ability to information-gather & learn. Takes action to complete tasks/projects and has the ability to overcome obstacles.

Personal Effectiveness: Has good interpersonal awareness. Ability to keep team informed and up-to-date.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and administration of learning and development programmes (virtual and in-person)
  • Assist with training needs analysis, learning content preparation, and programme logistics
  • Maintain accurate learning records and reports using HR systems or learning management systems (LMS)
  • Support the evaluation of learning initiatives through feedback, surveys, and data analysis
  • Assist with communications related to training programmes and learning initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning materials, processes, and employee resources
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Learning & Development team as required

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with LMS tools is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data and learning effectiveness
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
