About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1- Data Collection & Documentation: Collect and verify user data through phone communication and in-person visits when necessary.
2- Organize and upload required documents to ensure all records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.
3- Support Growth team in daily tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data securely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
