How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?


 

You will be responsible for handling all Internal communication concerning the Command Center and its’ activities.
Based in our Paris headquarters, you will join a high-energy, international environment as the vital link between our Global Command Center and our worldwide business stakeholders. As we extend the presence of the Command Center to all Digital & IT customers, you will be the liaison, sharing the value of our services


 

Global Reporting Synchronization: Partner with the Command Center to consolidate daily/monthly operational health reports, ensuring global consistency in how we report "uptime" and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Mapping: Maintain and update global communication matrices, ensuring that the correct regional & global management are aware of new services, offerings, monthly news letters etc 

Process Improvement for Comms: Audit existing notification templates and tools to reduce the "time-to-notify" during critical events.

OSR’s: Prepare OSR’s for D&IT customers


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

Academic Background: You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications, Information Systems, or Business Management, with a keen interest in how technology intersects with organizational transparency.

Level of Experience: You have gained your first experience or completed a relevant internship in a corporate environment where you were responsible for managing information flow or technical writing.

Mandatory Technical Expertise: You possess a high level of proficiency in Digital Communication Tools and are highly skilled in Technical Writing/Copyediting.

Optional Technical Skills: Knowledge of ServiceNow or basic experience with Incident Management frameworks (ITIL) is a plus.

Mandatory Interpersonal Skills: You have a proven ability to work under pressure and remain calm during fast-moving technical crises. You are an exceptionally clear communicator who can simplify complex technical jargon for any audience.
