Job Description:

The Recognition & Events Intern will support the Global Events and Recognition team in the development, planning, and execution of events that celebrate and engage dōTERRA Wellness Advocates. This role offers hands-on experience in event logistics, communications, and large-scale event coordination, both behind the scenes and on-site.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events ranging from small meetings to large-scale conventions

  • Support logistics including venue coordination, room blocks, audiovisual needs, and shipping details

  • Help coordinate internal and external event communications

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop printed and digital event materials

  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee experience

  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure successful event execution

  • Assist with recognition initiatives and event-related programming

  • Help collect post-event feedback and suggest improvements

  • Support planning and execution of corporate-sponsored events and special trips

  • Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and additional assigned projects

Job Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt under pressure

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends and assist on-site at events

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
