Job Description:
The Recognition & Events Intern will support the Global Events and Recognition team in the development, planning, and execution of events that celebrate and engage dōTERRA Wellness Advocates. This role offers hands-on experience in event logistics, communications, and large-scale event coordination, both behind the scenes and on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating events ranging from small meetings to large-scale conventions
Support logistics including venue coordination, room blocks, audiovisual needs, and shipping details
Help coordinate internal and external event communications
Collaborate with the creative team to develop printed and digital event materials
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee experience
Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure successful event execution
Assist with recognition initiatives and event-related programming
Help collect post-event feedback and suggest improvements
Support planning and execution of corporate-sponsored events and special trips
Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and additional assigned projects
Job Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt under pressure
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends and assist on-site at events
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
