Job Description
Responsibilities
Support and actively contribute to HR projects (DEI, wellbeing, engagement, employer branding, AI projects)
Help design and improve key employee journeys (onboarding, offboarding, employee experience)
Collaborate with the HR team on internal initiatives and communications
Analyze HR data and extract insights to improve decision-making
Support training and development activities
Bring fresh ideas — we genuinely expect you to challenge yourself and improve how we do things
Qualifications and Experience
IMPORTANT: the candidates must have finished their official degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and they must not have had this type of contract previously - The length of this contract is up to 12 months.
Recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar
Strong interest in people, culture, and how organizations work
Proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in English and Spanish
Good level of Excel and digital tools
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others
Desired Skills
Interest in AI and how it’s transforming HR
Experience with data analysis or dashboards
Familiarity with social media/employer branding
Previous internship or project experience
Speaks Portuguese.
