Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and actively contribute to HR projects (DEI, wellbeing, engagement, employer branding, AI projects)

  • Help design and improve key employee journeys (onboarding, offboarding, employee experience)

  • Collaborate with the HR team on internal initiatives and communications

  • Analyze HR data and extract insights to improve decision-making

  • Support training and development activities

  • Bring fresh ideas — we genuinely expect you to challenge yourself and improve how we do things

Qualifications and Experience

  • IMPORTANT: the candidates must have finished their official degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and they must not have had this type of contract previously - The length of this contract is up to 12 months.

  • Recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar

  • Strong interest in people, culture, and how organizations work

  • Proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable working in English and Spanish

  • Good level of Excel and digital tools

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others

Desired Skills

  • Interest in AI and how it’s transforming HR

  • Experience with data analysis or dashboards

  • Familiarity with social media/employer branding

  • Previous internship or project experience

  • Speaks Portuguese.
