We are currently looking for a Tender Offers Trainee to support our Tender Department in the preparation and management of public tenders within the pharmaceutical sector. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to tender processes, cross‑functional coordination, and administrative activities in a highly regulated and fast‑paced environment.

As a Tender Offers Trainee, you will support the preparation of competitive tender offers by assisting with document review, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely data management across internal systems.

Your Functions Will Include

  • Supporting the preparation of public tenders within the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Assisting in the review and analysis of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinating with cross‑functional departments involved in the preparation of tender offers.

  • Performing administrative and organizational tasks related to tender processes and deadlines.

  • Data entry, maintenance, and updating of tender information in internal IT systems.

  • Supporting process tracking to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and timelines.

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • Degree in Law.

  • Currently studying a master´s degree and able to generate an internship agreement (12 months) with your university or school.

  • English level C1–C2.

  • Strong office administration skills with advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.

  • Outgoing and proactive, with a facilitator mindset.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Resilience and ability to work in complex, deadline‑driven environments.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and high attention to detail.

What You'll Receive

  • Internship Duration: 12 months.

  • Flexible Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00–9:30 to 17:30–19:00; Fridays from 8:00–9:30 to 14:00–15:30.
