Descripción del empleo

  • Brindar respuesta a los requerimientos de SUNAFIL para las empresas del grupo.
  • Recopilar la información y/o documentación requerida por los estudios de abogados en procesos judiciales, previa evaluación técnica de la pertinencia.
  • Definir y preparar las medidas disciplinarias para los trabajadores, en base al análisis de cada caso y coordinación con el jefe directo.
  • Dar respuesta a las cartas notariales en materia laboral, en coordinación con el jefe directo.
  • Mantener actualizada la matriz de normas laborales, procedimientos administrativos, migratorios y judiciales. 
  • Absolver consultas en materia laboral, en coordinación con su jefe directo.
  • Otras funciones similares en materia laboral, migratoria, SUNAFIL, alimentos y sindical. 

Requisitos

Estudiante activo de la carrera de Derecho, de por lo menos 7mo ciclo en adelante, o, Bachiller de Derecho.
