About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a manufacturing environment. The intern will assist with various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, data gathering and analysis, and administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist with employee relations initiatives and HR events.
  • Help gather, analyze, and report HR-related data to support decision-making.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
