About the Role

The intern will serve as the liaison between the roaming operations areas and an external development company building the RoamIQ platform, an AI-powered roaming service management solution. The role focuses on ensuring that business requirements from the roaming teams are accurately captured, translated into clear inputs for the developer, and validated upon delivery. This is a hands-on coordination role that provides exposure to telecom operations, AI-driven platforms, and agile project dynamics.

  • Gather and document functional requirements from the roaming operations teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured inputs for the external development company.
  • Coordinate and facilitate feedback loops between the roaming areas and the developer on deliverables.
  • Support the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) with operational stakeholders.
  • Track issues, change requests, and development milestones to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation including requirements logs, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Escalate gaps or misalignments between business expectations and delivered functionality.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Interest in telecommunications, technology platforms, or project coordination is a plus.
