Sus responsabilidades claves

  • Assist in managing and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes within SAP, focusing on the SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
  • Collaborate with IT and Sales teams to ensure accurate data exchange between SAP and external partners.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SD module and EDI transactions.
  • Support the preparation of reports and data analysis related to the Sales processes.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of system updates or new functionalities in SAP SD and EDI interfaces.
  • Maintain and update documentation on SAP SD configurations, EDI mappings, and workflows.
  • Provide administrative support to the IT Sales & EDI team as required.

Sus aptitudes

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, preferably with some knowledge of SAP ERP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage documentation and multiple tasks.
  • Proactive approach and eagerness to learn SAP functionalities and EDI protocols.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication with international teams.
