What You’ll Do

  • Support business operations projects by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to help answer key business questions
  •  Support the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and operational analyses using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python
  •  Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making
  •  Partner with team members across functions to investigate data discrepancies, solve business problems, and improve reporting processes
  •  Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  •  Contribute to ad-hoc projects that help answer key business questions and improve how the business operates
  •  Document your work and present findings and recommendations to teammates in a clear, structured way

What We’re Looking For

  • Rising junior (or equivalent) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
  •  Strong interest in business operations, data analysis, or fintech
  •  Foundational experience with Excel; exposure to SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  •  Comfortable working with data analysis to solve business problems
  •  Ability to think critically and approach problems in a structured way
  •  Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
  •  Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions in a team environment
  •  Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with guidance

New Hire Hourly Pay Rate: $25/hr.
