See Yourself as a Software Engineering GenAI Intern

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in broad exposure to a function/department within our organization. The specific responsibilities of the internship will be based on candidate’s background, as well as with work and projects currently within the department.

See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining shared GenAI infrastructure and applications, ensuring firmwide data integration and enhancing software development across the firm.

  • Working on foundational building blocks, such as vector databases and LLM gateways, to support AI tools and applications.

  • Leveraging state-of-the-art cloud models for scalable and high-availability solutions.

  • Scaling the adoption of GenAI tools and integrating them with internal knowledge sources to drive innovation.

  • Collaborating with internal groups and end users to accelerate GenAI product development and deployment, tailoring solutions to their needs.

  • Participate in agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

  • Assist in testing and debugging software products.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Continuously improve coding skills and knowledge of software engineering practices.

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or Software Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Currently enrolled in a College or University program as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student.

  • Prior Work Experience: Less than 6 months.

  • Education and Credentials: HS Diploma or GED

Interns will be required to participate in specific workshops and events in addition to their intern duties assigned by their people leader. This includes a 2-day in-person event held towards the end of July 2026 at our Wayne, PA headquarters.
