Job Description

1. Talent Search and Screening: - Utilize various recruitment channels (such as job boards, social media, campus recruitment, etc.) to search for talent. - Screen applicants' resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidates' basic qualifications and suitability. 2. Interview Arrangement and Follow-up: - Arrange interviews between candidates and department supervisors, and provide necessary interview support. - Follow up on interview results and assist department supervisors in candidate evaluation and decision-making. 3. Recruitment Process Management: - Ensure the smooth progress of the recruitment process and update recruitment status in a timely manner. - Assist in handling recruitment-related administrative tasks, such as interview notifications, offer letters, and onboarding procedures.
