Main Duties

  • Achieve individual sales targets as set by FO management to increase the company’s gross margin.
  • Develop international freight forwarding business with a priority on freehand sales development.
  • Build an active growth pipeline by searching and selecting prospects, identifying and approaching targets.
  • Work primarily from the office and develop through active phone calls / emails but on occasion visit potential and existing customers where required.
  • Provide quotations and participate in tenders to develop and offer tailor-made customer solutions.
  • Secure and develop business in cooperation with the international network of Bolloré.
  • Drive development of key vertical industries.
  • Take an active lead on communicating customer requirements and standard operating procedures across the organization to lead successful implementation and drive best practices.
  • Attend conferences, campaigns, and industry events in order to find new markets and increase sales.
