Why Join

Be part of OCBC’s commitment to building a more sustainable future. As a Sustainability Intern within Group Property Management, you’ll play an active role in advancing the bank’s environmental ambitions across our property portfolio. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world sustainability initiatives—from carbon abatement and green building strategies to workplace environmental quality—while working closely with cross-functional teams and industry stakeholders. You’ll be curious, analytical, and comfortable managing details—whether supporting data-driven initiatives, conducting environmental scans, or coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Your willingness to engage, ask questions, and translate insights into practical recommendations will help drive impact across projects.

  • Stakeholder & Team Support: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance sustainability outcomes and support day-to-day project coordination
