Job Description
Job Summary**
The Academy Support Intern will assist the UOB Academy team in various administrative and project-based tasks, contributing to the smooth operation and success of learning and development initiatives within the bank.
Job Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support for UOB Academy programs, including scheduling, logistics, participant registration, and material preparation.
* Assist in maintaining and updating learning management systems (LMS) and internal training platforms.
* Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events, both virtually and in-person.
* Help in the creation and formatting of training materials, presentations, and communication collateral.
* Conduct research on learning and development best practices, industry trends, and potential vendors.
* Assist with data entry, report generation, and analysis of training effectiveness metrics.
* Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding academy initiatives.
* Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by the UOB Academy team.
Job Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytic or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* An interest in learning and development, banking, or corporate training is desirable.
