About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

1. System Development & Enhancement: Collaborate with R&D to develop commercial insurance/e-commerce operation systems. Produce BRD documents, monitor development progress, and drive process digitalization to boost operational efficiency by over 20%.
2. Data System Construction: Define data field specifications and report templates. Work with data teams to develop analytical tools, building a business monitoring and decision support system to meet real-time branch data needs.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Drive the development of product catalogs and marketing material management systems. Optimize sales team maintenance, achieving a 15%-30% increase in resource utilization.
4. Sales & Channel Management: Design sales incentives, purchasing, sales, and inventory strategies. Track major project progress, drive channel expansion, and ensure annual budget targets exceed 95% achievement.
5. Compliance & Internal Control: Lead the formulation of underwriting processes, authority management, and compliance training programs. Mitigate regulatory risks, ensuring business compliance and operational stability.
