Requirements/Qualifications: 

• Graduating from a university in the DACH region in 2025, 2026, or 2027

• Must be studying a relevant degree subject – e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Economics

• Must be fluent (speaking, reading, and writing) in both German and English

• Some prior internship experience in the financial services industry

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Most importantly, we seek to attract dedicated, team-oriented candidates with a deep desire to win, a strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard to achieve the highest standards of performance
