About the Role

Responsible for supporting specific function and business unit in addressing their human resources related needs

• Work closely with designated business groups, line management and executive teams across all aspects of human resource related areas • Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and / or adopt relevant policies for local implementation • Develop workforce plan and guide talent management activities • Resolve escalated employee relation matters and recommend potential changes as appropriate based on the root cause of the cases • Support significant employee life cycle events as appropriate
