About the Role

Student Intern – Dairy Local Application Center (Part Time for 1 year)

Location: Ataşehir, İstanbul

Team: Dairy Technical Service

Work Model: Onsite, Part‑Time (3 days per week)

Join our Dairy team, where we work together to support product development, quality evaluations, and application studies that help deliver high impact solutions for our customers.

 

The Role & Your Impact

 

As a Student Intern (Part Time) in our Dairy Local Application Center, you will support day‑to‑day lab activities and ongoing application projects.

 

Your work will contribute to;

 

  • Preparing dairy samples (yogurt, cheese, etc.) for analysis and product testing
  • Assisting in application trials and performance evaluations
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of experimental plans
  • Recording results and maintaining accurate lab documentation
  • Performing routine lab tasks (weighing, pipetting, mixing, sample labeling)
  • Helping maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and equipment readiness
  • Assisting in stability checks and quality assessment workflows
  • Following all laboratory safety and quality procedures

 

 

What You Need to Succeed

 

  • Currently a 4th year or master student in Food Engineering, Dairy Science or a related field
  • Availability of working 3 days per week onsite
  • Basic laboratory skills and familiarity with safe chemical/biological handling
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and responsibility in completing tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Interest in dairy products, fermentation
