About the Role


Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content, ensuring a balance between professional polish and platform authenticity.

  • Narrative Clarity: Interpret raw footage to extract and enhance the core message, delivering a final product that exceeds initial briefs.

  • Post-Production Technicals: Execute precise subtitling, seamless transitions, and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.

  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to MOVE’s brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.

  • Production Support: Assist on-site during shoots, including lighting setup, equipment management, and talent coordination.

  • Collaborative Strategy: Work alongside the Videographer and Strategists to contribute creative ideas and technical solutions to the content pipeline.

  • Asset Management: Systematically organize, export, and archive video files and project assets for efficient team access.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in video editing with a strong portfolio. Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut is essential.

  • Aesthetic Discipline: A sharp eye for pacing, rhythmic transitions, and visual consistency across different formats.

  • Independence & Proactivity: Ability to manage projects independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and ask targeted questions to ensure project success.

  • Performance Optimization: Support the marketing team by creating A/B creative variations for targeted advertising campaigns.

  • Trend Awareness: Maintain a rigorous understanding of evolving video trends, aspect ratios, and platform-specific best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Efficiency: Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality exports under tight deadlines.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to color grading, audio leveling, and QC (Quality Control).

  • Professional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to accept constructive feedback and iterate on edits quickly.

  • Ad-Hoc Flexibility: Willingness to assist with various production and administrative tasks as required by the team.
