Are you looking to gain experience in Financial Services?

This is an opportunity to join our Pricing team supporting the support and growth of our global derivatives and cash business through the analysis, design and evaluating of trading incentive programs.
As a member of the Pricing team you will be responsible for developing, conducting and synthesizing analyses of CME Group and competitive markets, customer activity, revenue and incentives to identify business and revenue opportunities.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Analyze market structure and client activity: For current and potential CME Group products identifying opportunities to maximize future revenue

  • Evaluate client-level and market-level impacts: Through analysis of market and client activity, identifying potential program structures and develop recommendations for the optimal structures

  • Developing and delivering metrics and analyses: To drive insight into market structure and health, incentive performance, enterprise performance and alternative markets

  • Project Work: Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve process efficiency and service delivery.

  • Global Collaboration: Work across the global FP&A team to support our international businesses.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (penultimate year) in Finance, Business, or any related discipline.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel is required. Working knowledge of Python is preferable.

  • Communication: You are a confident and clear communicator, capable of explaining complex processes to a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Mindset: A proactive learner and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working as part of a global team.

  • Technical Aptitude: An interest in financial markets,  eager to understand the nuances of derivatives markets.
