Our mission is to make language learning accessible, engaging and real-world-relevant — working closely with schools to bring impactful experiences directly to students.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p>About the Role </p> <p>We are looking for an Education Partnerships &amp; Outreach Intern to support our expansion in the school sector, particularly within the Startchancen programme and other funding-backed initiatives. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sales, education and social impact. </p> <p>What You’ll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Research and identify schools across Germany</li> <li>Conduct outreach via email and phone, including follow-ups</li> <li>Support the creation of outreach campaigns and messaging</li> <li>Track contacts, conversations, and progress in Notion/CRM</li> <li>Work closely with our Head of School Partnerships</li> <li>Support light project coordination and internal processes</li> <li>Research funding opportunities and new markets</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p>What We’re Looking For: </p> <ul> <li>Student in Business, Marketing, Education, or similar</li> <li>Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to people</li> <li>Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking initiative</li> <li>Interest in startups, partnerships, and/or education</li> <li>Native level German speaker and fluent English</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <p>What You’ll Gain: </p> <ul> <li>Real responsibility in a fast-moving startup</li> <li>Hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and growth</li> <li>Direct impact on company development</li> <li>Close collaboration with an ambitious, international team</li> </ul> <p>💜 Our Culture </p> <p>We value ownership, initiative and execution.
