Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: De Pere, WI

Duration: May 26–August 21 (dates are flexible)

About the Role
The Marketing Intern supports the day-to-day marketing operations by performing relevant marketing tasks, including asset creation and maintenance, content curation, and more. The intern collaborates with cross‑functional teams to capture the knowledge and information necessary to execute email and social media campaigns, website content and asset creation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including new product go-to-market tasks, email, social media, and website updates
  • Locate or create assets needed for email and social media campaigns, including internal (Canto) and external (Canva) sources
  • Assist in organization and naming standards for assets in digital asset management tool - Canto
  • Update key program pages on the website, ensuring information is accurate and complete
    • Build and Hold
    • Fastrak
    • Webinars and Events
  • Replace missing images with Canto links of current images
  • Replace WB assembly instruction and specification files with Canto links
  • Proofread marketing materials before they are released to customers
  • Assist in strategy brief creation
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and other cross‑functional teams to gather information needed to meet objectives


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, media, or journalism
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts including email, social media, websites, and literature
  • Mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn marketing tools and resources
  • Detail-oriented with willingness to learn
