Job Title: Product Analyst Intern

Location: De Pere, WI

Duration: May-August (dates are flexible)


Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Product Analyst Intern to support our product team in researching market trends, analyzing competitive offerings, and contributing to the development of new products. This role offers hands-on experience in product strategy, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive market research to evaluate products across key dimensions, including pricing, features, sizes, materials, colors, shapes, and overall value proposition 
  • Analyze and synthesize findings to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the competitive landscape 
  • Assist in product portfolio rationalization by evaluating existing products and recommending improvements or optimizations 
  • Support the development of new product concepts through research insights and ideation 
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing presentations, including compiling data, visuals, and key messaging 
  • Present research findings and insights to internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and design 

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to organize and interpret data into actionable insights 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) 
  • Interest in product development, market research, and consumer trends 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis, market research, or product-related coursework/projects 
  • Familiarity with presentation tools and basic data visualization 
  • Creative thinking with an interest in design, materials, or consumer products
