About the Role

Title: Procurement & Sourcing Intern
Location: De Pere, WI

Schedule: Full-time, May–Sept 2026 (dates are flexible)

Type: On-site, Paid Internship

 

Overview:
Join WorkSpace+ as a Procurement & Sourcing Intern and gain hands-on experience in the full procurement lifecycle. You’ll support daily purchasing operations, manage supplier communications, and contribute to sourcing and cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders in ERP system; ensure accuracy and timely placement
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, expedite shipments, and resolve issues
  • Track open orders and maintain on-time delivery metrics (target: 98%)
  • Support RFQs, supplier evaluations, and cost comparisons
  • Maintain procurement records and assist with supplier performance tracking
  • Participate in process improvement and sourcing projects


Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (junior/senior preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel; ERP experience a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available full-time on-site
