THE ROLE: 

Join our Emerging Talent Summer Internship and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition at Genius Sports. Over 8 weeks, you’ll work as part of a real team, contribute to live projects, and learn how global sports technology and data power live sports behind the scenes.

This is a practical internship where you’ll be involved from day one, not just observing. You’ll build real skills, work with experienced teams, and take part in activities designed to support your personal and professional development.

Open to anyone aged 18+, including students, recent school graduates, or those looking to change career direction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support recruitment across different areas
  • Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and application management
  • Support employer branding activities, including job ads and candidate communication
  • Maintain the best candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Learn how Talent Acquisition tools, systems, and workflows operate
  • Collaborate with the Talent team and take part in team activities
  • Assist with process improvements and Talent-related projects

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition (this is not a HR Generalist role)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with others
  • Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
  • Reliable with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Availability to work on-site (hybrid)

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • On-site at our Tallinn Office (Ülemiste City)
  • 29 June - 19 August 2026 (can be flexible)
  • 1250€ per month
