We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a Public Sector Communications Intern, you will be tasked with supporting the development of strategic messaging and materials for our Federal and State, Local, and Education (SLED) teams. You will help translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling content that supports sales motions, customer engagement, and advocacy efforts. This role provides hands-on experience building communications assets tied to government programs, public sector campaigns, and state-level initiatives.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support the creation of digital content pages for key Federal and SLED initiatives
  • Develop one-pagers for individual states highlighting business presence, strategic priorities, and statewide sales motions
  • Build state-by-state profiles showcasing our work with federal grant programs, including the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Cyber Pilot
  • Assist in creating advocacy materials that highlight customer successes tied to SLCGP and FCC Cyber Pilot programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, and public sector teams) to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and impactful

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear messaging
  • Interest in public sector, federal government programs, or policy-driven initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with or interest in content creation, research, and building structured deliverables (e.g., one-pagers, profiles)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive, collaborative mindset

Why SentinelOne?

AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. From day one, we architected an AI-native platform designed to operate at machine speed, not as an add-on to legacy systems but as the foundation itself. If you want to build where innovation and impact move together, this is that place.
