Team Overview

The Summer Office Assistant program provides high school and college students with the opportunity to work part-time at ADF during June, July, and August, supporting teams with administrative tasks and gaining valuable workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, data entry, and researching.
  • Maintain a hard copy and an electronic filing system.
  • Assist with project-based work and other administrative support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
