We are seeking a business a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will focus on prospecting, engaging, and building relationships with potential clients. Key responsibilities include researching prospects, crafting personalized emails, monitoring engagement, and collaborating with the sales team for lead conversion in our  Itasca, IL branch. The BDR's goal is to establish strong communication channels and position our solutions as tailored answers to clients' challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting and Research:

  • Utilize a variety of tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and online resources to identify and research potential clients/companies within your territory.
  • Leverage your understanding of our company's principles to assess the suitability of identified prospects.
  • Compile a detailed list or template with information about each company, including their contact details and background information, which will be crucial for establishing strong communication channels.

 

2. Outreach and Engagement:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our sales process by shadowing experienced team members during client interactions and cold calls.
  • Crafting personalized and compelling email communications will be crucial for introducing our company's solutions and highlighting our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Tools such Monday.com will help you monitor email engagement, gauge interest, and pinpoint opportunities for follow-up.
  • Collaborating with the sales team will ensure that qualified leads smoothly transition for further conversion, maintaining a seamless process.

 

 3. Relationship Building:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for prospective clients, addressing inquiries and offering information.
  • Develop a consultative approach to understanding the clients' needs, crafting our solutions to be tailored to address challenges.
  • Adapt to client responses and feedback to ensure engagement is effective and valuable. This is crucial for establishing strong, meaningful relationships with prospective clients.
