About the Role
 

CTI and Associates, Inc. (CTI) is a provider of environmental consulting, engineering, remediation and construction services to federal, state, municipal and commercial clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, design, and construction management activities. 
  • Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and ensure compliance with plans and regulations. 
  • Support Project Managers with data collection, analysis, and reporting. 
  • Assist in reviewing drawings, blueprints, and technical documents. 
  • Participate in safety inspections and quality control assessments. 
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve construction challenges. 
  • Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to project tracking.

Education, Experience and Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of construction principles, engineering design, and project management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in an office and field environment.
  • Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements.
