Position Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency
  • Assist with data cleanup, validation, and standardization within recruiting systems and CRM platforms
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement
     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in data analysis, operational improvement, and HR technology
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in AI applications and process automation is a plus
     

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Excel, data analysis, or dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred

The Talent Acquisition Operations Intern will support the Talent Acquisition and Operational Excellence teams in improving recruiting processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities. This role will focus on operational improvement initiatives, including AI-enabled tools, CRM optimization, data cleanup, and analytics to support more efficient hiring operations across the organization.

The intern will gain hands-on experience working with recruiting technology platforms, including Phenom CRM, while contributing to projects that enhance recruiting workflows, reporting, and decision-making.
